Starting with the website

After having done a thorough analysis and audit of the old Robert Harris website, we set out to design and develop a brand new online User Experience. Using a 'mobile first' approach and several rounds of usability tests, we developed a fully responsive website that uses experience based content principles. This means that the content on the website is automatically customised depending on the time of day the user visits.
