To help people remember the symptoms of a heart attack we put together this simple, yet effective game which has so far had over 1000 shares and been played over 24,000 times.

Results

The campaign was resounding success, with St John Ambulance reporting a 28% increase in heart-related calls (significantly higher than the 10% target). Government-funded research also showed symptom awareness improved across the board by significantly more than the target of 15%. What’s more, it saved lives straight away, with several Kiwis crediting their survival of heart incidents to seeing the TVC. This success was recognised at the Effies, with the campaign winning 3 golds as well as Highly Commended for the Grand Effie.
